Welcome to the Restitution Claim Website for The People of the State of California v. DoorDash, Inc.'s Final Stipulated Judgement

You May Be Eligible to Receive Restitution. You Must Complete and Submit a Claim No Later Than March 18, 2026. You Will Receive No Money from the Restitution Fund If You Fail to Do This.

Restitution eligible drivers must meet either of the following criteria:

• The Marko Restitution Eligible Drivers: All drivers who completed at least one delivery in California during the time period from August 30, 2016, through December 31, 2020, who opted out of the Settlement Class in Marko, et al. v. DoorDash Inc., Los Angeles Sup. Ct. Case No. BC659841 and have not individually settled their claims with DoorDash.

• The Marciano Restitution Eligible Drivers: All drivers who completed at least one delivery in California during the time period from June 17, 2016, through August 29, 2016, who opted out of the Settlement Class in Marciano, et al. v. DoorDash, Inc., San Francisco Super. Ct. Case No. CGC-15-548101.
