To claim your share of the restitution fund pursuant to the final stipulated judgment in the case The People of the State of California v. DoorDash Inc., you must complete a Claim Form online or postmarked by March 18, 2026.

To start your online claim, you can find your Unique ID & PIN printed on the Notice that was sent to you. If you are unable to locate your ID & PIN, please contact the Settlement Administrator at info@DoorDashRestitutionEligibleDrivers.com or (833) 417-4906. Please request your ID & PIN by providing the Class Member’s full name and mailing address.
